The Drinking Brothers

The Drinking Brothers is a traveling duo who make their way to bars and art museums worldwide. They are dressed as male fin-de-siècle artists. Their very first trip was to Berlin. The two worn geniuses travel to the most romantic cities in the world to let the inspiration flow. No corner is too insignificant, scruffy or banal not to be honored with a visit from our creative friends, who illuminate it with their artistic spirit. They are very talented but unfortunately they did not have good opportunities in life, so they live a little in the gutter. Despite their sad guises they are constantly in motion, their eyes move through urban spaces, alleys and arcades, nothing escapes them, profane or exalted. But, at this historic moment the polaroid camera is turned towards the brothers, portrayed by strangers, or with the self timer.

Dryckesbröderna

Dryckesbröderna är en resande duo som tar sig till barer och konstmuseer världen över. De är klädda som manliga sekelskifteskonstnärer. Först reste de till Berlin, sedan till Wien och sedan vidare. De två kantstötta genierna reser till de mest romantiska städer som finns för att låta inspirationen flöda. Ingen vrå är för obetydlig, för lortig eller banal för att inte föräras ett besök av våra kreativa vänner som lyser upp den med sitt skapande. De är väldigt begåvade men tyvärr har de inte haft så bra förutsättningar i livet så de lever lite i rännstenen. Trots sina sorgliga skepnader är de ständigt i rörelse, deras blickar rör sig genom stadens rum, gränder och arkader, inget undgår dem, profant eller upphöjt. Men, vid detta historiska ögonblick vänds polaroidkameran mot bröderna, som porträtteras av främlingar eller med självutlösare.
